Before you can import your training data from Apple Health/Google Fit into PlayerPlus, your training data must first be tracked. We'll explain how to import your data from training/tracking apps like adidas running or Strava into Apple Health/Google Fit.
Apple Health:
Under "Settings", "Health", "Data Access & Devices" you will see all apps that are linked to your Health data or offer this possibility. Select the training app you want to sync your data with.
Alternatively, you can also make this setting in the Health app. Click on your profile in the upper right corner and select "Apps" under "Privacy". There you will also find all the training apps on your device and can now make the appropriate settings.
You should also check the settings of your training app to see if you have connected it to Apple Health. Depending on the app, there are different names such as "Connected apps" or "Partner accounts".
For example, if you use the adidas Runtastic app, you can read more about how to link that data here.
Google Fit:
In order for an app to share data with Fit, you need to connect that app to Fit. The exact procedure varies from app to app. However, the basic steps are as follows:
Open the app you want to use, such as Strava, adidas running, or MyFitnessPal.
Open the Settings menu.
Find the setting for connecting other apps and devices. Depending on the app, it has a name like "Link other services", "Apps and devices" or "Manage connections".
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the app to Google Fit.
If you have more questions, you can read the information again in detail in Google's FAQs.
Now you can sync your data from Apple Health or Google Fit with PlayerPlus. You can find out how to do this in detail here.
