There are two ways to add new team members:
1. under "Add member" (menu item "Team") you can enter the name and with a click on "Add" you create the new member. In the overview list of members the name you just created will appear. In the column with his/her name you can go to "Invite" and invite him/her via link (smartphone or mail).
If the member has registered via the link, you will see this in the member overview under his/her name ("App installed" or if used via browser, this will be displayed as "no app installed"). If it says "not registered", then he/she has 14 days to register via this link. If the link has expired, you can generate a new one.
2. Click on the menu item "Team" and scroll to the bottom. There you will find the button "Send invitation". A window will open where you can find the invitation link. You can send this via smartphone or mail to various members. In the registration process the team members can enter their data.
