To assign different permissions and views to the existing roles, you have to go to the role management. Go to the menu item "Team" then to "Roles" and select the button "Permission table".
Here you can edit everything by "checkmarking". The view is divided into three sections, the top one explains the permissions the roles are allowed to have. The 2nd section regulates who is allowed to see what and the 3rd part defines who should be shown where.
Editing the permissions table is only possible with a premium membership.
