Are you a coach and want to import the games for your team into TeamPlus using an Excel file (.xls)? - No problem!
If you have the appropriate authorization (coach/admin), you can go to events > Create events > "Excel import (.xls).
After you have clicked on Excel import, you will be taken to the Excel import overview page. In the “Information” tab, you can select the file and then upload it. At the top you will also find a sample file that you can use as a guide for the import.
Once you have uploaded your file, you will be taken to the import preview. There you assign the columns from the table to the corresponding fields. “Please select” is marked in green above each column. Enter the corresponding value here. When you have finished, you can click on “Import” at the bottom to complete the process.
For the import to work, your file must contain the following information:
- Name of the opponent
- Home match (yes or no)
- Start date and end date
- start time
- Reminder time
- Deadline for acceptances or rejections
