If you are unable to cancel or confirm a game or event in PlayerPlus, please contact your coach or admin. He/she can set that only users with a certain role are allowed to confirm or cancel an event.
Here are a few examples for understanding: For a meeting of the "Team Council" only the players with the role "Team Council" should be able to confirm and cancel. All other players are not nominated for the meeting. Or another example: The training session is a special session for the "defense". Accordingly, only players who have the role "Defensive" are allowed to participate.
In addition, it can be set that a role generally has no permission to accept/cancel for events.
The admin can change the permissions under "Team" -> "Members" -> "Roles" -> "Permission Table" again at any time, if your team has an active coach/team premium.
In addition, there is another possibility why you may not be able to admit or cancel. The coach/admin has set the participant limit for an appointment and the maximum number of participants has already been reached.
