To take back a penalty, you have to click on the tab "Penalties" in the "Treasury". Here you can see an overview of all the penalties that have been given.
If you want to delete the penalty, you have to consider several factors.
The penalty must not be marked as "paid". This is indicated by a gray circle symbol in front of the penalty. If it is not paid, the penalty can be deleted. To do this, simply click on the penalty itself and select the trash can icon in the upper left corner of the pop-up window.
If the penalty has already been paid and is less than 14 days old, you can delete it as described above without any further problems. To do this, click once on the green checkmark in front of the penalty so that it changes back to the gray circle icon and follow the above path.
If the penalty has already been marked as "paid" in the team cash register for more than 14 days, a cancellation entry will be created in the turnover overview under "Turnovers".
If the penalty is marked as "paid", it can only be archived and not deleted. To do this, you have to click on the penalty, which will open the pop-up window again. By clicking on the folder icon in the upper left corner, the contribution is still noted in the treasury, but the penalty itself disappears from the overview and changes to the archive.
