If you see this message, your phone/tablet is no longer sending messages to our servers. We can't fix this error from our side, because we don't have any access to your devices. This problem can occur especially if your device is no longer in its original state, e.g. rooted/jailbroken.
The display will update as soon as it is possible to send you messages again.
In order to receive messages again, you have to correct your settings. To fix the problem, the following usually helps:
1. are you actually using the app? Or have you opened our website in the browser of your device?
Do you have the latest version of the app installed on your device? 2.
3. go to the settings of your phone/tablet and find the notification settings. Make sure that the app PlayerPlus is allowed to send you notifications. This is the most common cause on IOS devices.
Restart the app or your device completely. It sometimes happens that the operating system of your device "forgets" running applications and does not send all data.
If you are in a W-LAN, turn it off for a short time and check again the display under Account. If we can send you pushes again, it could be that your router is partially blocking the connection to our servers.
6. as a last option, reinstall the app and log in again with your existing data, make sure that you accept all permissions during the reinstallation and respond correctly to questions from the operating system. e.g. "Can PlayerPlus show notifications?" -> YES
