If you have a new cell phone, and you switch from Apple to Android or vice versa, for example, there are two ways to cancel your TeamPlus Premium.
1. you still have your old device:
Log into the TeamPlus app on your old device and go to Profile > Premium > Cancel Premium. You will then be redirected to the relevant store, where you can cancel your membership.
2. you no longer have your old device?
If you no longer have your old device, you must proceed as follows:
Switched from Android to Apple:
Sign in to your Google account online at https://play.google.com/. Click on the profile icon at the top right and then on → “Payments and subscriptions”. You can then cancel your subscription there.
Switched from Apple to Android:
With Apple, you either have to download iTunes for Windows (https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT210384) or use Apple's telephone support. Unfortunately, there is no easier option here.
