A club usually has more than one team. Now all teams should be equipped with Premium. But what is the best way to proceed?
We generally recommend creating a PlayerPlus club account that is represented in all teams. This account should be with the club as a whole and run via a general e-mail address such as info@ or vorstand@. It is important that this account has all authorizations in all teams. This allows you to react to different situations, such as a change of coach, without any problems. We therefore recommend the “coach” role for this account.
You don't want this account to be displayed in the events? You have two options to avoid this:
- Create a new role (e.g. “Club”, “Administrator”) and assign the desired authorizations. Here you can use the authorizations of the “Trainer” role as a guide. Under the heading “Who should be displayed where?” you can now deactivate all areas so that the club account is not displayed. Please note that creating roles is already a premium function.
- The club account can be set to inactive for any period of time. To do this, go to Events > Vacation/Sick > Inactive. The account is automatically set to Cancellation for the selected period.
Once the account is registered in all teams, go to "Premium" via the "Profile" menu item. There, you select the "Activate Team Premium" button.
Now enter the number of teams that should be equipped with a Premium and click on "Next". Decide on your payment method and then book the Premium. As soon as the Premium has been successfully booked, you will be taken to the page where you can select the teams that should receive a Premium. Check them off and confirm your selection.
But you already have Premium licenses with different holders and different terms in your club? No problem! To integrate these teams into your "club package", follow the steps below:
- cancel the Premium in the teams that are still running via other owners so that they are not automatically renewed.
- add the general club account to these existing teams as well
- after one of these teams has expired, you can add it to the club account package. To do this, go to "Profile" → "Premium" in the club account, click on "Change Premium Plan" and adjust the number of teams there.
