There are currently two different subscriptions available on TeamPlus: Single Premium and Team Premium. This FAQ article describes how you can subscribe to Team Premium.
There are two ways to purchase the Premium subscription: either via the Apple or Google app, or via your browser at www.teamplus.sport.
App:
To purchase Premium via the app, open the TeamPlus app and go to “Profile” > ‘Premium’ > “Activate Team Premium.” In the next step, select the number of teams you want to subscribe for and the subscription period (1 month/12 months). You will then be redirected to the respective store (Apple/Google) where you can complete the payment. You will receive an invoice from the respective provider (Apple/Google) afterwards.
After payment, you will be redirected back to the TeamPlus app. After a short time, you can assign your license to one of your teams and your subscription is booked. Under “Profile” > “Premium,” you can also view the current status of your membership.
Browser:
To book Premium via your browser, visit our website (www.teamplus.sport) and log in. Then go to “Profile” > ‘Premium’ > “Activate Team Premium.” Select the number of teams and the duration again and click “Continue.” In the browser, you can choose between PayPal/credit card and bank transfer as payment methods. If you choose PayPal or credit card, you can complete the payment in the browser and then assign the Premium license to your team. If you pay by bank transfer, you must transfer the money from your bank account to us. As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will activate Premium. Please make sure to specify the exact purpose of the payment, which is displayed when you select “Bank transfer.” If you pay via your browser (PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer), the invoice will be generated automatically and will usually be displayed in your profile under “Profile” > ‘Premium’ > “Invoices” from the following Wednesday.
Important: Premium is always team-based and only applies to the team you assign it to.
